Pursuant to the By-Laws the Board of Directors serve staggered terms of three years each.   The Board was expanded from three members to five as of the election in October 2011  The current Board Members are:
Mike Byman (financial)
Vera Golenzer (attorney)
Dave Greene (financial)
Emory Hackman (attorney)
Riyad Said (financial)

Each dues paid member gets one vote.  Votes are cast electronically by e-mail to the Election Coordinator.
